Anderson Technologies Announces New Equity Partners as Part of Long-Term Succession Strategy

Ownership Expansion Positions the Next Generation of Leadership to Support Continued Growth

LOUIS, MO — August 11 2026 — Anderson Technologies today announced that Hadley Grow and Corbitt Grow have become equity partners in the organization, joining existing owners Amy Anderson, Mark Anderson, and Farica Chang as part of the company’s long-term leadership and succession strategy.

The ownership expansion follows more than two years of intentional planning and reflects Anderson Technologies’ ongoing commitment to developing future leaders, preserving its independent culture, and positioning the business for continued growth.

As part of the succession strategy, the ownership group recently established Hilltop Group Holdings, a parent company that now serves as the sole owner of Anderson Technologies and Anderson Archival. The structure provides a foundation for long-term stewardship, organizational continuity, and future growth opportunities across both companies while allowing each to maintain its unique identity and focus.

While the transition reflects the continuation of a family-owned business entering its next generation, it is also the result of the individual contributions, expertise, and commitment that Hadley and Corbitt have demonstrated since joining the organization in 2022.

“Choosing to build a generational business enables us to preserve the heart, soul, and values that have guided us from the start,” said Amy Anderson. “Welcoming Hadley and Corbitt into the ownership group provides continuity for clients and our team. Both are family, but this decision is ultimately about character, leadership, and a demonstrated commitment to the future of our companies. It’s deeply rewarding to see the next generation and our broader team step forward to carry this legacy forward.”

The company also emphasized that the ownership transition is supported by the continued direction of Robert (Rob) Sanazaro, who will remain Chief Executive Officer of Anderson Technologies. Sanazaro has been instrumental in mentoring and developing the leadership team, strengthening the company’s systems and processes, and preparing the organization to operate successfully at a larger scale. The ownership group expressed its gratitude for his stewardship and commitment to ensuring a smooth transition while continuing to lead the organization into its next chapter.

As Director of Business Development, Corbitt Grow has helped drive growth across Anderson Technologies through a consultative approach that combines business strategy with technology expertise. Prior to joining the company, he built a successful career with AT&T corporate, where he held both sales and technical leadership roles supporting enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and fiber solutions. He is currently pursuing his MBA at Washington University in St. Louis and was recently recognized with Randolph-Macon College’s 2026 Young Alumni 10 Under 10 Award, honoring graduates who have demonstrated exceptional professional achievement and leadership early in their careers.

“Becoming an owner is both an honor and a responsibility,” said Grow. “What excites me most is the opportunity to help build something that lasts. Anderson Technologies has always been focused on long-term relationships, doing right by clients, and investing in people. I’m grateful for the confidence that’s been placed in us and excited about the future.”

Hadley Grow brings a strong background in software engineering, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and operational excellence. Before joining Anderson Technologies, she served as a software engineer and senior cybersecurity engineer within AT&T and FirstNet, where she played key roles in cloud transformation initiatives and cybersecurity programs supporting public safety communications. Today, she helps organizations integrate artificial intelligence into business operations while also leading initiatives that strengthen scalability, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.

“I joined Anderson Technologies because I saw an opportunity to help build something with generational impact,” said Grow. “Our purpose is to enrich our people’s lives, and I believe great companies are built by investing in people first. By creating a culture where people can thrive, we’ve built a company that clients trust as a strategic advisor for their most important technology decisions. I’m grateful for the opportunity to help steward this mission and carry it forward for future generations.”

“Seeing Hadley and Corbitt become owners is deeply meaningful to me,” said Mark Anderson. “It’s been a privilege to work shoulder to shoulder with them and see firsthand how they navigate difficult decisions, live our core values, and work with the team until the job is done. With Farica, Hadley, and Corbitt helping shape the future, I know Anderson Technologies is in great hands. Amy and I are deeply grateful to every person whose talent, character, and commitment have made this company what it is today. I can’t wait to see what this next generation of owners and our remarkable team accomplish together.”

According to Farica Chang, Managing Partner, the announcement reflects years of intentional leadership development and a long-term commitment to organizational stewardship.

“Strong organizations don’t happen by accident,” said Chang. “They are built through deliberate investment in people, leadership, and shared values. Hadley and Corbitt have each earned the trust of our employees, clients, and leadership team through their contributions and commitment to our mission. This milestone reflects our confidence in the future and our commitment to remaining an independent organization built for the long term.”

The company emphasized that the ownership expansion is part of a broader strategy designed to ensure organizational continuity, preserve the entrepreneurial culture that has defined Anderson Technologies since its founding, and position both Anderson Technologies and Anderson Archival for continued growth in the years ahead.
