He joined Anderson Technologies after Amy founded it in 1995 as an authorized consultant for SBC Communications (now AT&T).

With certifications in Cybersecurity from MIT and Computer Science from Harvard, Farica brings a rare blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to every engagement. Since joining the firm after graduating with honors from UCLA, Farica has led Anderson Technologies through consistent year-over-year growth, expanding both the business and its team while cultivating a culture rooted in care, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Her leadership has transformed the company into a trusted partner for businesses and institutions nationwide, delivering secure, scalable solutions that empower organizations to thrive.

Recognized as a Titan 100 executive for her impact on business and community, Farica loves to solve complex technical challenges and build systems that remove limitations. Quoted as an expert in publications like Inc. Magazine and the US Chamber of Commerce, Farica continues to advocate for excellence in IT strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Outside of work, she enjoys life in St Louis with her husband and daughter.

His emphasis on culture—centered around care, accountability, and shared success—has helped build a resilient and high-performing team that thrives on solving complex challenges for clients across industries.
 
Before joining Anderson Technologies, Robert held senior leadership roles at firms such as IBM, Accenture, Savvis, CenturyLink, and Ensono. His career spans sectors including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, life sciences, government, and telecommunications—giving him a broad lens on how technology can drive business outcomes.
 
Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending cherished time with his wife, four children, and fifteen grandchildren—all based in St. Louis. Family and faith are at the heart of his life, and he brings the same values of connection, loyalty, and care to his leadership at Anderson Technologies.

Corbitt Grow

Director, Business Development

Born in Yokohama, Japan, and raised in Malaysia and St. Louis, Corbitt developed a unique global perspective. He graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Political Science and Spanish where he was a member of the men’s basketball team.

Before joining Anderson Technologies, Corbitt built a successful career at AT&T which initially started in the B2B Sales Development Program – a highly-competitive sales training where he was stack-ranked against his 100+ peers based on quota attainment to determine where in the company one was placed. In Chicago, as part of the National Fiber Organization, he became a top-performing sales professional, selling AT&T’s fiber, networking, and cybersecurity services and learning the value of relationship building, perseverance, and grit. Later, as a Senior Sales Solutions Engineer at AT&T headquarters in Dallas, he refined his technical expertise, leadership skills, and consulting abilities.

Currently pursuing his MBA at Washington University in St. Louis, Corbitt blends strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and a client-first approach to help Anderson Technologies continue serving companies and organizations across the country.

Hadley (Anderson) Grow

Project Management Lead

In 2022, Hadley and her husband Corbitt decided to return to St. Louis to join the family business. As part of the second generation, Hadley brought fresh perspectives from her time at AT&T and was drawn to helping the company grow the right way by implementing scalable systems and processes, while maintaining the core value-centric culture.
 
As a Project Manager, Hadley facilitated technical projects and the development of interdepartmental playbooks while gaining a deep understanding of the inner workings of the business operations. Now, as the Project Management Lead, Hadley is known for her driven, process-oriented leadership and her dedication to finding solutions for every challenge no matter how daunting it may first seem.

Founding Principal

Mark Ian Anderson is an IT strategist and one of the Founding Principals of Anderson Technologies, an IT consulting company in St. Louis.  Mark began his career as a software engineer in the Avionics Laboratory at McDonnell Douglas and later worked for IBM.  He joined Anderson Technologies after Amy founded it in 1995 as an authorized consultant for SBC Communications (now AT&T).

Almost three decades later, the firm manages client IT infrastructure in 28 different states.  Mark is proud of the ongoing legacy continuing to lead a team of IT professionals dedicated to solving the unique technology challenges faced by small- and medium-sized organizations.

Mark loves church work with reading and Sunday School teaching being two favorite activities.

Founding Principal

Her expertise was further developed at Southwestern Bell, where she led a significant software project for their largest customer at the time, the state government of Texas.

In 1995, Amy co-founded Anderson Technologies with Mark, bringing her extensive experience to all facets of the business. Her exceptional ability to build strong, values-driven teams has been instrumental in the company’s growth. Today, Amy focuses on the big picture, working strategically “on” the business rather than just “in” it. She integrates innovative ideas and systems from her entrepreneurial network while playing a pivotal role in transitioning the family business to the next generation. Amy is a key force in fostering a company culture defined by Golden Character, Infinite Mindset, and Humbly Intelligent, values that resonate deeply with clients and are integral to the success of Anderson Technologies.
