Cybersecurity Analyst

We’re looking for an Analyst with 3+ years of experience.  We are a growing firm known for providing creative, well-engineered solutions to our clients and acting with honesty and integrity.

Our cybersecurity team is depended on to proactively keep our clients secure and respond appropriately should a threat appear.

Responsibilities:
  • Incident Response for all client systems
  • Proactive threat monitoring, and reviewing alerts
  • Vulnerability testing for customers.
  • Respond to client security questionnaires, RFP/RFI’s, and audit requests.
  • Process building and documentation
  • Periodic client ACL reviews
  • Annual client systems reviews to ensure environments are secured
  • Change management reviewal process
  • Baseline security configurations for security appliances or SaaS solutions
  • Support cybersecurity related initiatives as required.
  • Work with Associate IT Director to set baseline cybersecurity policies for clients
Required skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications and/or experience
  • 3-5 years of Cybersecurity experience

IT Project Manager

Anderson Technologies is looking for a trustworthy, driven professional with strategic technology insight and outstanding project management capabilities.

The IT Project Manager plans, organizes, and implements client technical projects related to information technology infrastructure – continuously striving to research and recommend solutions that balance the value of quality IT solutions with client budgets. This position will work collaboratively with the Anderson Technologies’ team to cultivate creative solutions for individual businesses of all sizes. The selected candidate must possess the core competencies and behaviors of a trusted advisor including: business acumen, attention to detail, high cognitive ability to come up with solutions to problems quickly as they arise, interpersonal communication, task delegation and follow through, and customer focus.

Responsibilities
  • Help small to mid-sized businesses solve IT challenges
  • Develop project plans and goals based on client needs
  • Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports
  • Manage resources for projects, including accurate procurement and team utilization
  • Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
  • Coordinate project team members and develop schedules; clearly outline individual responsibilities
  • Maintain meticulous organization to track project performance and schedule adherence
  • Conduct risk assessments for projects and determine potential pitfalls to prevent before they occur
  • Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress
  • Prepare cost estimates by studying all relevant client information
