Business Development Executive

Responsibilities
  • Grow monthly IT managed services reoccurring revenue
  • Identify, contact, listen to, qualify, and close potential customers
  • Prospecting to include: cold calling, utilizing referral partnerships, network through business relationships and events with client and network, utilizing LinkedIn, etc.
  • Build a referral network and meet with referral partners (strategic relationship meetings) monthly
  • Establish multiple leads within a company
  • Work with Technical Project Managers and Account Managers to determine and review best IT solutions with potential customers and document their feedback
  • Create verbal proposals with customers and follow up with a formal proposal for their signature.

IT Project Manager

Anderson Technologies is looking for a trustworthy, driven professional with strategic technology insight and outstanding project management capabilities.

The IT Project Manager plans, organizes, and implements client technical projects related to information technology infrastructure – continuously striving to research and recommend solutions that balance the value of quality IT solutions with client budgets. This position will work collaboratively with the Anderson Technologies’ team to cultivate creative solutions for individual businesses of all sizes. Responsibilities
  • Help small to mid-sized businesses solve IT challenges
  • Develop project plans and goals based on client needs

This technical position will be primarily responsible for managing all aspects of clients’ small to mid-size networking environments. You will be performing system and network administration/maintenance on a day-to-day basis. Competence in the following areas is required:  servers, workstations, network infrastructure, data storage, cloud services, and network applications with an emphasis on Microsoft Windows server and cybersecurity services. Work will be performed remotely at our main office as well as onsite at client locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain client computer and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security
  • Independently manage projects for a variety of clients
  • Answer customer calls and provide support to help resolve technical issues
  • Review systems and key indicators on daily basis
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Consistently monitor, document, and report administration activities and network operating environment information

Client Success Manager
