Business Development Executive

We’re looking for a high-energy, driven professional with strategic business insight and natural sales instinct with a proven track record of success with small businesses.  The selected candidate must possess the core competencies and behaviors of a trusted advisor.

The Business Development Executive will lay the foundation of this sales effort through prospecting small business owners and promoting the value of quality IT solutions for their business. This position will work collaboratively with the Anderson Technologies’ technical team to cultivate creative solutions for individual businesses. The selected candidate must possess the core competencies and behaviors of a trusted advisor including: business acumen, solution-based selling, driving results, customer focus, resilience, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Grow monthly IT managed services reoccurring revenue
  • Identify, contact, listen to, qualify, and close potential customers
  • Prospecting to include: cold calling, utilizing referral partnerships, network through business relationships and events with client and network, utilizing LinkedIn, etc.
  • Build a referral network and meet with referral partners (strategic relationship meetings) monthly
  • Establish multiple leads within a company
  • Work with Technical Project Managers and Account Managers to determine and review best IT solutions with potential customers and document their feedback
  • Create verbal proposals with customers and follow up with a formal proposal for their signature.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Enter all information into CRM daily (meeting notes, to-dos etc.)
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of B2B technology sales experience
  • Experience building a territory, qualifying prospects, and generating quotes
  • Commitment/desire to meet individual and company goals and targets
  • Solutions-based selling or Sandler Sales methodologies

Client Success Manager

We’re looking for friendly, dedicated individuals to work closely with clients to ensure Anderson Technologies provides the best possible experience. The selected candidate must possess the core competencies and behaviors of a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities
  • Builds and sustains excellent relationships with small business owners and decision makers
  • Applies sales negotiation skills to secure contractual commitments for ongoing project work and agreements
  • Serves as a one-stop escalation resource for clients and works with technical team to ensure the root cause is determined and addressed
  • Works with technical team to onboard new clients and secure project work required to bring their technology to a secure and sustainable level
  • Meets regularly with clients and conducts annual reviews with a technical project manager
  • Foster relationships with clients to drive smooth transitions for current projects and ongoing managed IT services
  • Obtain referrals from current clients for future projects
  • Contribute and lead execution of the client strategy

IT Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a friendly, organized individual to assist customers and the office team with administrative tasks.  This position requires routine customer contact and will perform various reception duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer IT help desk and main line calls, create tickets and assign to appropriate technical resource
  • Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining supply inventories, evaluating needs, and completing maintenance requirements
  • Support team by performing office tasks related to organization and administrative duties
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and email
  • Provide IT project coordination assistance to project managers
  • Provide IT support to technical team regarding ticket creation and client interface

This technical position will be primarily responsible for managing all aspects of clients’ small to mid-size networking environments. You will be performing system and network administration/maintenance on a day-to-day basis. Competence in the following areas is required:  servers, workstations, network infrastructure, data storage, cloud services, and network applications with an emphasis on Microsoft Windows server and cybersecurity services. Work will be performed remotely at our main office as well as onsite at client locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain client computer and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security
  • Independently manage projects for a variety of clients
  • Answer customer calls and provide support to help resolve technical issues
  • Review systems and key indicators on daily basis
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Consistently monitor, document, and report administration activities and network operating environment information
  • Participate in and/or facilitate status meetings with client and account team
  • Identify opportunities to further assist clients succeed in their environments
