Effective immediately, Robert Sanazaro has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO), succeeding Farica Chang, who will now serve as Visionary and CEO of Anderson Technologies, Inc., the general partner of Anderson Technologies, LP.
As part of this transition, Amy Anderson and Mark Anderson will move into new roles on the Ownership Board. Their continued involvement will ensure strong governance and alignment with the company’s long-term vision and values.

As CEO, Rob will lead the day-to-day operations of the Anderson Technologies division, bringing decades of executive experience with companies like CenturyLink, Accenture, and IBM. Farica will focus on strategic vision, innovation, and the development of Anderson Archival, a key initiative. This move allows her to dedicate time to ensuring the viability and growth of the archival practice while continuing to represent the Anderson Technologies brand.
