Farica Chang Named a 2024 St. Louis Titan 100

Titan 100 2024 St. Louis

It’s official! We’re excited to announce that Principal Farica Chang is recognized this year by the Titan 100 program. Titan 100 celebrates the Top 100 CEOs and C-level executives in St. Louis. According to Titan 100, “They are the area’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry using criteria that includes demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.” We couldn’t agree more!

“The Titan 100 are visionary leaders that inspire the St. Louis business community. These preeminent leaders have built a distinguished reputation that is unrivaled in their field. We are humbled to recognize the Titan 100 for their efforts to shape the future of the St. Louis business community,” says Jaime Zawmon, President of Titan CEO.

Here at Anderson Technologies/Anderson Archival, we know Farica is someone special. After joining our firm in 2008, we quickly recognized Farica’s aptitude for technology, crafting solutions, and leading our amazing team.

Farica shares, “One of the questions asked of me after being nominated for this honor was regarding the most important risk I’ve taken and why. For me, our entrepreneurship path stood out clearly. Forging our own way, navigating markets without the might and budget of large corporations, and carrying the responsibility for everything from strategic company direction down to planning the annual company picnic means every decision we make has an impact. It’s high risk and high reward when all cylinders are firing. The biggest reward being the ability to directly affect the lives of our team and our clients in the most positive ways. Building a company based on a unique set of core valuesones which provide us all with fulfillment by removing limitations for everyoneis the primary reason why I’m determined to ensure the success of our organization. I’m honored to be included among this exceptional list of St. Louis leaders and would not be celebrating this recognition without the excellence of my team in delivering technology solutions to our clients.”

Farica will be honored at the Titan 100 awards celebration on April 18th, 2024.

In 2022, Hadley and her husband Corbitt decided to return to St. Louis to join the family business. As part of the second generation, Hadley brought fresh perspectives from her time at AT&T and was drawn to helping the company grow the right way by implementing scalable systems and processes, while maintaining the core value-centric culture.

As a Project Manager, Hadley facilitated technical projects and the development of interdepartmental playbooks while gaining a deep understanding of the inner workings of the business operations. Now, as the Project Management Lead, Hadley is known for her driven, process-oriented leadership and her dedication to finding solutions for every challenge no matter how daunting it may first seem.

Born in Yokohama, Japan, and raised in Malaysia and St. Louis, Corbitt developed a unique global perspective. He graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Political Science and Spanish where he was a member of the men’s basketball team.

Before joining Anderson Technologies, Corbitt built a successful career at AT&T which initially started in the B2B Sales Development Program – a highly-competitive sales training where he was stack-ranked against his 100+ peers based on quota attainment to determine where in the company one was placed. In Chicago, as part of the National Fiber Organization, he became a top-performing sales professional, selling AT&T’s fiber, networking, and cybersecurity services and learning the value of relationship building, perseverance, and grit. Later, as a Senior Sales Solutions Engineer at AT&T headquarters in Dallas, he refined his technical expertise, leadership skills, and consulting abilities.

Currently pursuing his MBA at Washington University in St. Louis, Corbitt blends strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and a client-first approach to help Anderson Technologies continue serving companies and organizations across the country.
