Libby Powers:  Hi there, Libby Powers with Anderson Technologies. Something I wanted to quickly discuss is a recent client that we brought on. This client was with their previous managed service provider for six years, and they really thought they had a great relationship. They thought that everything was kind of being taken care of. You know, at first, the communication was really good. Maybe they were in that honeymoon stage where you don’t really see anybody’s flaws. And then we know, after a few years, we have to really work on communication and work on partnerships, work on relationships, and sometimes that communication and that partnership ends up failing.

So when is a good time to divorce your current managed service provider? Well, I don’t know if there’s really a way I can answer that. It’s something that you would know. But I can tell you that a lot of times, companies are scared to leave their current managed service provider because they don’t want to have to deal with telling the current managed service provider that they’re leaving, or having the new managed service provider kind of jump in and take over. Something that we would like to share with you is we understand that, and we do understand that leaving a current partner is always going to be difficult, no matter the age of the relationship or other factors that play a part in that. So to make that easier for you, as a company, if you do want to leave your current managed service provider is we handle that entire process for you. We want the transition to be as smooth as possible for you so you’re not having to be the middleman between a company that maybe no longer scales or fits you as you have grown, or maybe a company that you’re no longer happy with, for whatever reason it is.

If you want to talk about that transition process, we are happy to have a conversation with you. Give us a call, send me an email, we can definitely discuss the transition process to make it a little easier. Thanks so much. Have a great day.
